In this video, winemaker Katie Santora explains the philosophy of crafting pure, transparent wines at Chehalem in Oregon’s Willamette Valley. She was joined by Micelle Kaufmann, the winery’s communications director, at the Boston Pinot in the City event. We tasted the Three Vineyard Pinot Gris ($20), INOX Chardonnay ($20) and Three Vineyard Pinot Noir ($30). I found them all impressive, and was particularly fond of the whites.
