This year’s event will be held February 13 and 14 at the Seaport Hotel & World Trade Center and represents the 25th year anniversary of this wonderful gathering.
Doors open each day at 1 p.m. and close at 5 p.m.
Organizers have signed up 200 wineries from all over the globe to participate, and more than 1,800 wines will be on display for sampling.
If you’re a wine novice or a wine expert, the Expo offers a great range of educational seminars, demos, and presentations — some free of charge — to enhance your tasting and purchasing skills. 
Advance tickets are on sale now. The cost is $99 per person on Saturday and $89 on Sunday. The price includes a souvenir Boston Wine Expo glass, access to wine samples from over 200 producers, complimentary culinary samples, a glossy magazine outlining locations of the exhibitors, access to celebrity chef demos, schedule of guided tastings and seminars, and space to write tasting notes.
For serious wine enthusiasts, The Vintners’ Reserve Lounge offers a chance to taste special wines that retail for $75 and more per bottle, while enjoying food samplings from the city’s finest restaurants. Tickets are $200 per session.
The Expo has also scheduled a number of top-flight winemakers and industry experts to deliver more than 40 seminars, ranging from how to select wine and food pairings to tasting tips for beginners and experts. Consumers can also get to taste vertical flights of some of the world’s most sought-after wines.
Prices vary from $25 to $225 based on the seminar.
